BLUE JEAN BABY Jean Jacket Dog Sweater Knitting Pattern

For casual Friday or any other day your pup wants to look hip yet feel cozy and warm. Knit in Rowan Denim, this snap-front jean jacket has topstitching, faux pockets and a ribbon-lined placket. Like your own denim, it will fade and get better with age. Time to dress your wild child!

This original knitting pattern, suitable for the intermediate knitter, uses approximately 1-1/2 to 3 skeins of DK weight yarn, preferably Rowan Denim, and is sized for dogs or puppies with a chest measurement of 9-10 to, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16 or 17-18″. Gauge is 5 stitches = 1″ in stockinette stitch on size 5 needles.

The pattern involves easy embroidery and a bit of very simple hand-sewing.

SUNDAY PICNIC Gingham Check Dog Sweater Knitting Pattern

Oh, what a fine Sunday you and your best friend will have at the puppy dogs’ picnic! Spread a checkered cloth and share some yummy treats in the sunshine, in this pretty checked sweater knit in two colors of sport weight yarn. Worked partly in the round from the neck down, with
steeked leg openings.

This knitting pattern, suitable for the intermediate to experienced knitter with color work skills, uses two shades of sport-weight yarn, size US 3 16” circular needles plus size 2 DPNs.

Hi, in your:
PARTY ANIMAL Dog Sweater Knitting Pattern
you call it a ‘faux wrap.’ Are you meaning that the ribbons are just a cute detail and that the sweater is actually in one piece on the bck? I am pretty sure that’s what you mean, but wanted to double check. One of my Chihuahua Maru’s favourite passtimes is untying knots LOL
